Pilot in Vilnius

January 01, 1970

On October 20, 2016, the first Mastermind Europe pilot was conducted at Vilnius University, Lithuania. Inez Meurs and Kees Kouwenaar spent a full day with academics and administrators of the Master’s in Marketing & Integrated Communication to see how the Mastermind Europe toolkit could help to improve the admission process and underlying methodology in order to get a more diverse international classroom.

Together they identified quick wins in the domains of subject/related knowledge & skills, in general academic competencies, and in personal competencies and traits.

The pilot in Vilnius is the first of a series of such pilots with individual Master’s programmes – or sets of closely related Master’s – at universities within the Mastermind Europe Consortium. The 2nd pilot will be at Ljubljana University and the 3rd at the Politecnico di Milano.
